Wherever you look, north or south, east or west, our mountain peaks in the Saanenland are the pinnacle of beauty. They are blanketed with snow in winter and adorned with waterfalls in summer, and some are even crowned by majestic glaciers. The scenery here is the blueprint of many a silhouette – a form of art, by the way, which originated in the Saanenland. You may notice some fine examples dotted around the hotel. They’re so pretty that some have even been known to disappear... just like that.
