Seafood Night

There is something wonderfully unexpected about enjoying seafood in the middle of summer, beneath the shade of a tree. Surrounded by nature, dinner becomes less formal, yet somehow even more memorable.

Fondue Night

Fondue in summer has a charm all of its own. Served beneath a tree, with long daylight hours and mountain air all around, it feels playful, convivial and distinctly Swiss. It is a different way to enjoy a classic less about winter tradition, and more about sharing a simple, joyful moment outdoors.

Open Air Palace Brunch
26 July to 16 August 2026
Every Sunday from 12.30 pm the Gstaad Palace serves a Swiss Brunch.

Swiss National Day

Celebrate Swiss National Day on 1st August with a warm and welcoming dinner inspired by our alpine traditions. Enjoy comforting Swiss dishes, a relaxed atmosphere, and beautiful mountain views. A simple, joyful evening to share good food, good company, and the spirit of Switzerland together.
