We don't promise pies in the sky or rivers of hot chocolate. That only happens in the fairy-tale land of milk and honey. We prefer to tickle your tastebuds with locally grown purple heritage potatoes, melt-in-the-mouth Simmental beef, a vibrant curry fit for the royal court of Thailand and authentic Italian spaghetti, prepared at your table. In the Palace kitchens, we work with the very best of what our natural alpine surroundings provide. Honesty and authenticity, that’s our philosophy.
