Selected for you by our chef the Seafood Buffet offers a huge variety of delicious specialities including some Swiss specialities. And to ensure you don’t have the feeling that you are dreaming we have invited a Swiss folklore band called Ländletrio Saanenland for your entertainment.

Chef Ravi's Indian creations

He has cooked at the legendary Taj Hotel in Mumbai. Today, Ravi Bajaj is shaking up the British restaurant scene with classical Indian dishes interpreted with a light, playful twist. As guest chef at Le Grand Restaurant for the last five years, he adds colour and exotic aromas to the Palace's traditional cuisine.
