Le Grand Restaurant offers international cuisine in an elegant setting. In this gastronomic restaurant you will be invited to enjoy the perfect blend of creativity and haute cuisine accomplished by our chefs, while overlooking our charming garden. Every Saturday evening a buffet awaits the Gstaad Palace guests.

Gentlemen are requested to wear a jacket in the evening in the Veranda area.

Opening hours 12.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.
Opening hours during the Menuhin Festival: 6.30 p.m. to midnight
