Babysitting
For information and reservations, please contact the hotel's Concierge.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m., local time, on the day of arrival, and check-out is anytime before noon.

Concierge
They will happily assist you with obtaining tickets for sporting events and theaters, making dinner reservations and arranging sightseeing tours.

Housekeeping
The Housekeeping staff will provide extra amenities such as humidifiers, cribs and cots at no extra cost. If you require a crib or cot, we recommend reserving a Deluxe room as these have sufficient space for the addition of cribs and cots.

Parking
The hotel has different parking alternatives, all to satisfy the guests' and visitors' needs. Free of charge parking on the parking place in front of the hotel. The underground garage is at your diposal for CHF 25.- per day. You will recieve an electronic key at the reception desk.

Ski Rental
The staff of "Silver Sport" would be delighted to take care of your ski equiment.

Pet Policy
Small pets are permitted in the hotel at a price of CHF 60.- per night. Pets must always be accompanied by their owners or be kept in a kennel. Pets must not be left unattended in the room. Pets are not allowed at the Restaurants.

TV-Channels
Since June 2006 the Gstaad Palace offers a new satellite system with more than 200 channels in the rooms.

Wirless Highspeed is in the entire hotel (Meetingrooms & Guestrooms) available.
